Windows security alert about Java(TM) Platform SE binary

最近開機後老是出現 (XP sp3)
Windows security alert:
"Windows firewall has blocked some features of this program.
Do you want to keep blocking this program?
Java(TM) Platform SE binary"
-- Unblock, Keep blocking , Ask me later

[Q] 難道是沒有update 成新版 Java 引起的?

上網搜尋 找到sun的論壇 
有些人的說法是Java updater 嘗試著對外連線看是否有新的update
觸發Window firewall 的Security Alert
基本上 java的 JRE (SE binary) 應該沒有問題
可以Unblock ?
