Windows Live Messenger 2009 吃掉 99% CPU!

WLM2009 constantly consumes >90% of CPU time,
the peak traffic may consume upto 99%.
The memory usage is about 71 MBytes.
Why, is it the nature of real-time application or
something bad in design?
Skype consumes upto 70% while consuming 40% on average ;
How about gtalk and old version msn messenger?
